Excavation

During an excavation our Only Basements tradesmen responsibilities include site preparation, grading, trenching and many other soil-related tasks.

During site preparation, in a typical residential construction project, the excavation and their crew removes the soil to the depth required for the new foundation and ensures that the soil is firm. After the foundation, the footers and stem wall are completed and backfills around the new foundation.
