Underpinning Project

Located in one of Toronto’s favourite neighbourhoods of the Beach. This home underwent underpinning to increase the basement ceiling height to 9ft. The basement features a gas fireplace with a custom wall unit and a wet bar. The added walkout creates easy access to the families new living space.
